Payment methods
You can check your balance at any time in "My Delcampe > My Payments". All means available (credit card, check, postal money order, etc.) are explained on that same page.
Regardless of your monthly sales amount, we invite you to credit your account ahead of time so that you may continue selling without worrying about what you owe.

You have more than one nickname?
If for any reason you have several nicknames, it will be beneficial to you to let us know as soon as possible. Indeed, if you gather your different accounts under the same owner, we will gather the invoices and you might have to pay less commission fees.
Your account will not be merged, only the invoices will.

You are a professionnal seller?
In this case, we ask you to tell us what is your VAT (Value-Added Tax) number.
An invoice will be available for each payment and you will enjoy a 20% rebate. (Ex: If you owe $ 100.00 to Delcampe, you will enjoy a $ 20.00 rebate.)

You want a refund?
If you do not need our services any more but your balance is positive, you can ask for a refund.
Keep in mind that 1.00 EUR | 1.20 USD | 0.70 GBP | 1.60 CHF | 1.50 CAD of administrative fees is charged for refunds and sometimes, depending on the payment method you have asked for, banking fees can be charged too.
When you pay us with a credit card, for instance, we have to pay commissions to Visa, Eurocard, ... Therefore, if you want us to send the money back to you, you have to pay commissions too.
In any case, we always send an email to tell you in advance what are the fees involved for a refund and we wait for your agreement before doing it.

Our prices include VAT.
